
Sharyn Drysdale Dip FS (FP)
Senior Para-planner & Compliance Manager
Sharyn joined Collins Financial Group as a PA/Office Manager in February 2004. In late 2004, Sharyn was promoted to the role of Para-Planner and now Senior Para-Planner, preparing strategies, modelling financial scenarios and preparing Statements of Advice for Collins Financial Group's clients. Sharyn also has the role of Compliance Manager, ensuring that our clients receive the most appropriate advice for their circumstances and that all advice and processes comply with legislative requirements.
Sharyn has completed her Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) through Kaplan and is an Authorised Representative of Matrix Planning Solutions. Sharyn previously held positions in the fields of Superannuation/Financial Planning and Court Reporting for the Qld Law Courts.

Thomas Telford Dip FS (FP), B Bus Man
Para-planner
Tom joined Collins Financial Group in February 2007 as a Trainee Financial Planner and in early 2008 moved into the role of Para-planner to help manage plan production and associated compliance due to increased growth in the business.
Tom's role involves liaising with advisers to ensure all client recommendations are justified and beneficial to the client based on their needs and financial circumstances, and then transcribing this advice into clear and industry compliant Statements of Advice with the aid of financial modelling software. Additionally, Tom helps perform monthly cashflow monitoring to ensure clients are sticking to their plans and that any issues are identified and referred to advisers for further attention.
Tom holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management obtained from the University of Queensland (specialising in International Business) as well as a Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning).

Cindy Parker Dip FS (FP)
Client Relationship Manager & Office Manager
Cindy joined Collins Financial Group in October 2008, after relocating from NSW. Cindy has a vast knowledge of the financial planning industry, having worked in the industry for over seven years and having also completed the Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning).
Cindy's experience allows her to take on this multi-functional role. As well as managing the office, she is responsible for managing the relationship between our clients, our advisers and our fund managers. Cindy also oversees our marketing and is a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director.

Imogen Tanner
Trainee Administration Assistant
Imogen joined Collins Financial Group in February 2009 and is currently studying a Certificate III in Business Administration Traineeship at Sarina Russo Business College. Imogen is enthusiastic, happy and energetic and looks forward to growing her experience and knowledge in the industry.
Imogen assists with the day-to-day operations of the office and is the first person our clients will come into contact with, whether that is by phone or in person. Imogen assists with organising appointments, confirming appointments and will be here to greet you with a welcoming smile. She is also very capable on the coffee machine and looks forward to meeting all Collins Financial Group clients.
